Biography
Siena Martinez’s path to estate planning was shaped by deeply personal experience. After witnessing her grandparents’ carefully prepared estate plan manipulated in a way that prevented their wishes from being carried out, Siena experienced firsthand how uncertainty, conflict, and greed can lead to heavily contested trust litigation and lasting divisions within a family. That experience left a lasting impression and inspired her to help other families reduce the risk of similar disputes through thoughtful, proactive planning.
Motivated by that purpose, Siena began working in the trusts and estates field during her first summer of law school and has remained committed to the practice ever since. Before opening her own firm, she intentionally sought experience in every major facet of the field, building a foundation that allows her to serve clients with both practical insight and technical skill. She earned an LL.M. in Taxation to strengthen her estate planning practice and spent nearly three years handling trust and estate litigation, gaining valuable perspective on how disputes arise and how careful planning can help prevent them. Through this experience, Siena is uniquely qualified to spot issues before they arise and implement preventative planning techniques.
Siena understands that estate planning, probate, and trust administration can feel overwhelming, especially when clients are navigating sensitive family dynamics, grief, or uncertainty about the future. She approaches each client’s situation with compassion, clarity, and without judgment. Her goal is to put clients at ease, make the process as smooth and understandable as possible, and create plans that reflect each client’s wishes with care and precision.
Beyond the Office
Outside the office, Siena enjoys hiking and beach walks with Tulip, yoga and strength training. She also values time with friends and family and enjoys improv and writing.
